Ben Reynolds achieves World Indoor 60m hurdles standard

North Down hurdler Ben Reynolds has qualified for next month's World Indoor Championships in Istanbul.
The Holywood man, who was competing in Flanders, will represent Ireland at the World Indoors.
Brian Gregan also achieved the World Indoor 400m standard in Belgium.
The Clonliffe Harrier ran a time of 46.66 which was comfortably inside the Istanbul mark of 46.90.
Derval O'Rourke was scheduled to run in Belgium but opted not to compete because of a foot niggle.
Reynolds can now look forward to joining the likes of O'Rourke and Gregan in Turkey from 9/11 March as he competes for Ireland at a major senior championship for the first time.
The 21-year-old clocked improved his outdoor 110m hurdles personal best to 13.75 seconds last season and will have ambitions of challenging the London Olympics standard of 13.52.
He has already qualified for this year's European outdoor championships in Helsinki.
"There's a lot more to come," said Reynolds after his run on Saturday.
"Three weeks of solid training now to improve. Onwards and upwards."
