It is a 5km run - it's you against the clock.

Every Saturday
9.00am Victoria Park, Belfast
9.30 am Waterworks, Falls Park, Queen’s Belfast, Ecos Park Ballymena
9.30am Citypark Park, Craigavon
9.30am East Strand Beach, Portrush
Where is it?
In Belfast it is run in Waterworks Park, Victoria Park, Falls Park and Queen’s University Malone Playing Fields, in Ballymena in Ecos Park, Craigavon in Citypark Park and East Strand Beach in Portrush.
What does it cost to join in?
Nothing - it's free! but please register in advance. You only need to do this once.
How fast do I have to be?
We all run for our own enjoyment. Please come along and join in whatever your pace. You will see your time on the results page if you want a new challenge for your next parkrun.
