Returning for 2012, this year's TQ10k coincides with the Titanic Festival, commemorating 100 years since the ship's loss.
One of the biggest road races on the calendar, this event attracts all levels of runner and spectators are welcome to take part in family fun events such as the TQ Sprint, facepainting and bouncy castle.
10k entrants must be aged 15 or over on the day. Junior Mile entrants should be aged 11-14 on the day, or be accompanied at all times by a parent/guardian. For younger budding runners and competitive family members, the TQ Sprint will be available to have a go on the day!

Information
There is a total prize fund of £3,000, sponsored by Podium 4 Sport, with each entrant receiving a special commemorative goody bag and the ever-popular Junior Race for Under 15s will take place before the main event.
Entry fees are £11 for athletic club members and £13 to unattached individual runners.
The closing date for website entries is Friday 6th April. Runners entering before April 6th will get their name printed on their number – only the second Northern Ireland event for which this facility has been available.
Pre Registered Pack Collection will be available at the Mary Peters Track from Thursday 19th April (11– 6pm), Friday 20th (11– 6pm) & Saturday 21st (11–3pm). Entrants will receive
their goody bag with their chip.
